Monday through Thursday:
- Urgent inquiries: 8:00–9:00 a.m.
- Other inquiries: 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Friday:
- Urgent inquiries: 8:00–9:00 a.m.
- Other inquiries: 9:00–10:00 a.m.
We hope that these changes will provide a clearer overview and more targeted assistance during times of urgent need.
