We are constantly working to adapt the clinic so that it meets today’s needs and expectations. That is why we offer both in-person consultations and video consultations. In addition, you can send emails with brief, non-urgent questions. .
Consultations
A consultation (in-person or video consultation) lasts 10 minutes. This time must also include legally required record-keeping and, if applicable, referrals, prescription orders, etc. There are no limits on the number of topics that can be discussed, but if we cannot reasonably cover everything within the allotted time, you will need to schedule a new appointment.
For talk therapy, prenatal care, and pediatric checkups, the time allotted is longer.
Annual Inspections
An annual checkup involves an annual examination for a chronic condition, often preceded by laboratory tests or other examinations.
The annual checkup itself is very comprehensive, and since it requires intense focus from both the patient and the doctor, it is not possible to raise issues or ask questions that are unrelated to the annual checkup itself, as this increases the risk of errors. This is also a requirement from Danske Region regarding annual inspections.
If you have other matters you would like to have evaluated or questions you would like to ask, please schedule a separate appointment for another day through our office or our online scheduling system.
Lab Hours
A visit to our laboratory is intended solely for specimen collection or other diagnostic tests and is conducted by staff who are not trained in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
Therefore, it is not possible to order medication or ask questions about other medical issues at our laboratory.If you have a medical issue you’d like to have examined, please schedule a regular appointment through our front desk or our online appointment system.
Skin Conditions
A skin consultation is a brief session during which only the skin problem itself will be addressed. We have introduced these appointment times so that patients with skin problems can be evaluated quickly, while at the same time trying to avoid overburdening the system with appointments for other conditions or illnesses.
