Important Information for Patients

You must check in by swiping your yellow health insurance card through the scanner at the entrance. If you have forgotten it, you may, as an exception, check in by entering your CPR number.

You must also register if you wish to have your prescription renewed, as we use your registration to link it to your medical record in order to renew your prescriptions.

If your card is lost or damaged, contact Citizen Services to get a new one.

You can schedule an appointment by phone outside of emergency hours, as well as through our online appointment scheduling module via the MinLæge app or the Patient Portal. You can also schedule an appointment in person at the clinic during the reception desk’s business hours.

NOTE: When booking online, you can only book up to one month in advance, as we otherwise experience too many no-shows.

Maritime Certificate: Please contact the secretariat to schedule an appointment.

Driver’s License: You must first fill out the driver’s license application form on Borger.dk, and once it has been sent to the medical office, you can contact our office to schedule an appointment.

Disability Card and Companion Card: You must first fill out the relevant form on Borger.dk, and once it has been sent to the medical center, you can contact our office to schedule an appointment.

Other certificates: Please contact our office to schedule an appointment.

An acute illness refers to a sudden illness that cannot wait for examination and treatment. Please contact the clinic between 8 and 9 a.m. during our emergency phone hours. All calls are assessed by our experienced staff.

Outside of emergency hours, you can call between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. (Fridays 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.) during our regular office hours. After that, you can reach us at our emergency number, 3053 9148, until 4:00 p.m. on weekdays if you have an urgent, unpostponable medical condition.

Morning break: 10:30–10:45 a.m.
Lunch break: 12:30–1:00 p.m.
We ask that you respect the break times.

E-consultation is a way to contact the medical practice electronically via the MinLæge app or the Patient Portal.

According to the agreement with Danske Regioner, e-consultations may only be used for brief questions that can be answered with a single email response. It is not a chat feature and is not intended for long or complicated issues.

If you need to send multiple emails on the same day, please contact the clinic’s front desk to schedule a video or in-person consultation instead, when the doctor in question has an available time slot.

Since the response time is up to 5 business days, this service cannot be used for urgent inquiries.

You may only attach images to the email if you have made prior arrangements with the doctor.

You must schedule a video consultation with the medical practice in advance. You will be able to view your scheduled appointment in the MinLæge app.

About 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment, open your MinLæge app or the Patient Portal, where you’ll see a “Start Video” icon. Click on it. Grant access to audio and video, and then wait for the doctor to log in.

Regular medications can be ordered online or by phone.
Medications with a risk of dependence—such as sleeping pills and strong pain relievers—require an in-person appointment and cannot be ordered online or by phone.

Note: The medical practice only prescribes medications for which it is responsible for the treatment. If you are being treated at a hospital outpatient clinic or by another specialist, you must contact that facility to have your prescription renewed. This is for safety reasons. .

If the medical clinic appears as an option when changing doctors on Borger.dk, it is accepting new patients.

If we are no longer accepting new patients, you generally cannot apply to become a patient at the medical clinic, but there are a few exceptions:

  • If you change your registered address and there are no other clinics accepting new patients within a 15-km radius.
  • If your spouse or partner is already registered with the medical clinic

Please note that even if you meet the above requirements, there is no guarantee that your application will be approved.
