We listen to our patients

From September through December 2017, Åkirkeby Medical Center conducted a patient satisfaction survey. We would like to thank all participants for their time and valuable feedback.

The Results

The survey shows general satisfaction with the medical center. In particular, the interaction with staff and the quality of care were highlighted as positive aspects.
We are aware of the desire for shorter wait times when contacting us by phone and are working diligently to improve this area.
